The hirer may use the demo unit in the agreed period, which stands in the property of the loaner, in the agreed way and without the permission of the loaner it is not allowed to pass it on to third parties.

The hirer is obliged to return the demo unit after the defined period of time, this is also valid for third parties.

If the demo unit is not returned by the agreed time to Infinigate we reserve the right to invoice the hirer 150 CHF for each week of delay.

The demo unit must be sent back after the defined time period (the date of receipt is essential) to Infinigate (Schweiz) AG with the undamaged original packaging including all accessoires (cables, manuals, CD's, licenses etc.).

The time period begins at the point of dispatch through Infinigate (Schweiz) AG.

If the demo unit is not returned complete and in undamaged original packaging by the agreed time, we reserve the rights to charge the current dealer purchase price!

In case of missing components (cable, connecting parts, missing license-document, -certificate, CD or similar) or changed respectively non-reversible passwords, we reserve the rights of an advance payment of 150 CHF for the depreciation and as an expense allowance.

Every damage related to the dispatch or usage of the demo unit must be substituted by full amount through the hirer to Infinigate (Schweiz) AG. Opening the appliance is in any case strictly forbidden.

The hirer assures that there are no personal, company internal or otherwise sensible data saved on the demo unit. There is the possibility that the demo units are sent back to the (foreign) manufacturer without further examination. Software (also demo-software) must be completly deleted from the test machine. Any preset passwords must not be changed. Further, demo-unit- / eval-agreements of the manufacturer(s) count.
